Right of withdrawal

Below we inform you about your statutory right of withdrawal and how to exercise it.

The right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For multiple items, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

Exercising the right

Notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or an email) using the details on the Contact page. You may use the model form below. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your statement before the 14-day period expires.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods within 14 days of sending your withdrawal statement. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

Refund

We will refund the price paid and the (least expensive standard) delivery cost no later than 14 days from being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
