Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") set out the legal conditions of purchasing in the Dublino webshop (the "Shop").

1. The Provider

The Shop is operated by Dublino. Full company, tax and contact details are published on the Contact page. Our customer service is available on business days.

2. Products

The Shop offers premium furniture and home products. Prices shown next to products are in Hungarian forint (HUF) and include VAT.

3. Placing an order

Add the selected products to your cart, then complete the checkout by providing your shipping and billing details. Pressing "Place order" constitutes an offer with an obligation to pay. We confirm every order by email; the contract is concluded upon confirmation.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods and their conditions are described on the Shipping & payment page.

5. Delivery

Delivery method, fee and expected lead time are also covered on the Shipping & payment page. The delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, without justification. See the Withdrawal page for the full conditions and a model form.

7. Warranty and guarantee

Products are covered by statutory warranty for defects and product liability, and — where applicable — a mandatory guarantee for durable goods.

8. Complaints and remedies

You may submit complaints via the channels on the Contact page; we will investigate them. In case of a consumer dispute you may turn to the competent conciliation board.

These Terms may be amended unilaterally by the operator; amendments take effect upon publication.
